  • Comments - This is certainly not a good example of Darbari Kanada.  Darbari Kanada is is a rather fragile rag that if it is not treated correctly, it spills over into Asavari, Jaunpuri, Adana or a host of other ragas.  Well this is a good example of the rag, not being handled correctly.  This is not to say that it is not a nice song, but it should not be your first choice of songs in order to get a feel for the rag.
