Comments - Shuddha Kalyan is a very fragile rag. If it is not handled very well, it spills over into Bhopali and Deshkar. This rendition by Lata is a surprisingly good example of this rag. Of course, when you listen carefully you will hear some .. er .. "irregularities", especially in the musical interludes.
