Since the passing of Ustad Allarakha in 2000, I have been under the guidance of Sri Yogesh Samsi and Ustad Zakir Hussain. I make yearly trips to India to continue my studies. I am a performer and teacher of Tabla living in the Vancouver area. I perform Hindustani classical, qawwalis, bhajans, jazz, chamber music, electronic, electro-acoustic and with all styles of folk music.
